What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma. It uses unique visualization techniques combined with rapid eye movements—similar to those that occur during dreaming—to help reprogram distressing memories. This process allows the brain to store these memories in a way that no longer triggers strong emotional or physical reactions.
