Kachi Nwoke

MSW, Registered Social Worker (RSW) with ACSW (The Alberta College of Social Workers) with the ability to perform psychosocial Interventions.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-centered and anti-oppressive framework, ensuring that I meet you where you are in your journey. I strive to support your individual, relational, and community needs in a way that fosters both immediate relief and long-term growth.

I have formal training & certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I practice using the following modalities: CBT, DBT & SFBT whilst using an integrative approach that's trauma informed, anti-oppressive and caters to the clients needs. Kachi brings a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and cultural competence to create a safe and supportive space for Adults, Children and teens”.

Nonye Ilupeju

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Additionally, I am certified in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and prioritize cultural sensitivity in my practice. This allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique background, experiences, and goals.
